In that restlessness, deeply earthy, I have found a gustatory and aromatic balance, which is expressed in four exuberant labels dedicated to Sicily. They range from the Mediterranean scrub in the fullness of Etna Rosso DOC, as delicate in its tannins as lively in its acidity, to its natural evolution, the Etna Rosso DOC Riserva, wilder and more herbaceous, the fruit ripe fruit transliterated into candied as is appropriate in its land. Of counterpoint, the minerality stands out in the Etna Bianco DOC, savoury and persistent as only a South-Italian white, profoundly Mediterranean, capable of combining fresh fruit flesh and longevity, on the palate and over time. time. Lastly, the Etna Rosato DOC of ‘Bugia Nen’: obtained solely from Nerello Mascalese, it expands a dense and broad range of flowers and fruit, in a a fresh and refined fullness that restores meaning to the word ‘versatility’.
